If your item has suffered damage or exhibits a defect, please reach out to us at info@eirinjewelry.com (with subject line: Damaged) within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a repair authorization. Please note that custom or personalized pieces may only be returned in instances of damage or if an error was made on our part.
