Shipping policy

All EIRIN Jewelry items are meticulously crafted to order and may require up to 6-8 weeks to produce. Our commitment is to fulfill your order promptly, but we kindly request that all customers take into account this production timeframe.

EIRIN Jewelry is designed in Manila, Philippines and custom-made and handcrafted in Hong Kong, using 18k solid gold and/or 950 Platinum, and ethically-sourced diamonds and gemstones from around the globe. Each piece is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, so we ask for your patience, allowing up to 6-8 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. 

Should you have any urgent shipping requests, please reach out to us at sales@eirinjewelry.com, and ensure you select the appropriate delivery option during checkout.

Upon the successful clearance of your payment and the completion of your order at checkout, an automated invoice email will be sent to you. Please be aware that this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if this is your first order with us.

We genuinely value your support for our products, and if any issues arise with your order, we will promptly communicate with you to find a resolution.

SHIPPING

For all international orders, please be aware that customers are responsible for any tax and duty fees imposed by customs authorities. Unfortunately, we cannot pre-calculate these fees, as they are determined by each country's customs policies.
